Sukiasyan to appeal against electoral commission decision to Administrative Court

Khachatur Sukiasyan is going to appeal against the decision of electoral commission No.10, rejecting his registration, to the Administrative Court, Sukiasyan’s lawyer Ara Zohrabyan told a press briefing.

“We are resolved to appeal to the Administrative Court. Unless we succeed in our business in Armenia, we will appeal to the European Court,” said Zohrabyan.

They will make the complaint within the next few days, the lawyer promised.
