Parliamentary candidates make loans for elections

Some parliamentary candidates make huge loans for the elections, Hraparak daily has revealed.

“Each candidate is due to spend from USD 500 000 to USD 2 million in the elections. Owner of Derzhava Company Arkady Hambartsumyan has established the highest rate," says the daily. 

A candidate has told the daily that sometimes, in order to stay competitive, they have to increase the election expenses rates, regardless of their will.
