Hamo Babayan awarded NKR Honored Doctor title

 President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan signed a decree Friday on awardinge title of NKR Honored Doctor to Hamo Babayan, infection disease doctor of the “Hadrout regional hospital” Co LTD of the NKR health ministry, for a long-term fruitful mission in the sphere of medicine and in connection with his 70th birthday, Arstakh President’s information department reported.
