Robert Kocharyan likely to make statement soon

Robert Kocharyan is going to make a statement ahead of parliamentary elections, Zhoghovurd reports. He is to address domestic political issues, paper’s sources say.

Asked whether he intends to return to active politics after elections, Kocharyan said, “I want to improve the situation in Armenia.”

Zhoghovurd tried to contact Kocharyan’s spokesperson Viktor Soghomonyan but he did not answer the calls.
