Hraparak: Phone or pistol?

Hraparak asked Mikayel Melkumyan, 10th candidate on PAP election list, to comment on Vartan Oskanian’s statement that Gagik Tsarukyan had a pistol hanging from his belt during an election meeting. The parliamentary candidate said, “I have not seen it, so I cannot assert it, but I rule out that he had a pistol. Perhaps it was a phone. Just the way I read it.”
