Hraparak: Name of convict sentenced to life imprisonment remains on voter list

Mher Yenokyan, a convict sentenced to life imprisonment has written to Hraparak from Nubarashen Correctional Institution. The text of the letter reads:

“I am sentenced to life imprisonment but my name has been on voter list in Nor Nork for 16 years. I wonder whom my forged counterpart will vote for on May 6: for Levon Ter-Petrosyan who sentenced me to death or for reproduction of Robert Kocharyan’s regime?”
