Zhoghovurd: Extraordinary incident outside government building

An extraordinary incident occurred outside the government building on Thursday, Zhoghovurd reports, citing its sources. A man attacked the government building and broke glasses with his fists. He was taken to police station. The assailant was identified as 35-year-old Albert Nikoghosyan. His relatives told police later that Nikoghosyan receives treatment for mental illness at a psychiatric hospital, the paper says.
