Zhamanak: No meeting held between Serzh Sargsyan, Robert Kocharyan

The scheduled meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan in Artsakh did not take place, Zhamanak paper writes.

During the military parade on May 9, the second and third presidents were standing in different sides of the platform. Eyewitnesses say the event had not yet finished when Kocharyan left the site unnoticed, the paper says.
