Expert says PAP is not an opposition – paper

Director of the Armenian Center for National and International Studies (ACNIS) Manvel Sargsyan believes that RPA and PAP will, nevertheless, form a coalition.

The expert told Zhamanak, “There is the impression that PAP tries to offer a candidate for prime minister. With such ambitions, PAP is certainly not an opposition. Also, pressed by the deadline for forming a government, a statement on forming a coalition will hardly be late.”
