The mobile phones Orinats Yerkir offered to people as electoral bribe have become a headache for operators, Yerkir reports.

“An employee of VivaCell-MTS has complained lately that between 10 to 15 non-working phones are brought to their office daily, with clients noting that they have received the phones from Orinats Yerkir,” the paper says.

However, people are not upset about receiving non-working phones.

“We are quits. They gave me a non-working phone, and I did not vote for them,” said a deceived voter, according to the paper.
