According to the paper, following Serzh Sargsyan’s trip to Moscow RPA made a final decision to leave Tigran Sargsyan to his job and to return Hovik Abrahamyan to parliament.

According to paper’s sources, owner of Flash Company Barsegh Beglaryan (Barsegh of Flash) made huge lobbying efforts for PM Tigran Sargsyan to keep his position.
