Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun: Clouds gathering over Stepanavan mayor

Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun paper reports that clouds are gathering over Stepanavan mayor Armen Gharakeshishyan.

“The mayor, notorious for instigating fights, is seeking approval from RPA for running for mayor in next term. However, RPA made him understand that he shouldn’t play games with parties which work with RPA part time,” the paper writes.
