Zhoghovurd: Coffee machine disappeared from parliament under Samvel Nikoyan

According to Zhoghovurd paper, journalists accredited to cover parliament found an unpleasant surprise in the National Assembly lately: the door of the computer room for journalists was locked and the coffee machine, installed under Hovik Abrahamyan, had disappeared from the room. The coffee machine cost about AMD 200000 per month, therefore Samvel Nikoyan, who came to replace Hovik Abrahamyan as Parliament Speaker, seeking to save money, removed it, the paper says.
