Hraparak: Time to settle accounts

It’s time for parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan to settle accounts, Hraparak writes.

“According to our information, the former head of RPA election headquarters summons individually all heads of RPA local election headquarters to demand an account for their expenditures and the votes they received. In some cases, there occur scuffles, with expenditures and votes varying. They are not only forced to return the money, but their political future is also in danger,” the paper says.
