Haykakan Zhamanak: Out of service cards from Orinats Yerkir

According to Haykakan Zhamanak, Orinats Yerkir Party had given plastic cards to people as electoral bribe, but they turned out to be out of service. The cards were to give citizens a 20 percent discount for medical services in “Yerevan” Medical Center. However, the Center tells them that they don’t have a contract and therefore cannot use the cards.

Orinats Yerkir spokesman Harutyun Amiryan told the paper that he was not aware of the cards and of Hayasi Benevolent Fund which had issued the cards.
