Hraparak: Giggly Minister of Sport is the son of Tsarukyan’s good friend

The 31-year-old new Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs turns out to be the son of PAP leader’s good friend, Hraparak reports.

“Hrachya Rostomyan’s father was the director of the store “A Thousand & One Small Things.” Everybody called Hrachya a “giggly boy.” He is a dentist with a small medical practice. Tsarukyan appointed him President of Basketball Federation and later took him to ARMNOC to prepare him to become minister,” the paper writes.
