Hraparak: Gyumri mayor’s son reportedly stabs young man

Hraparak paper has received a letter from a resident of Gyumri saying that the mayor’s son and his security guard beat a young man and then stabbed him. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated, police say. The deputy mayor of Gyumri said that a reportable incident may have occurred, but the mayor’s son was not involved in it.
