Haykakan Zhamanak: SRC will prove Oskanian’s innocence?

Former Foreign Minister, PAP member Vartan Oskanian refused to testify on being summoned to the National Security Service (NSS) yesterday for the second time. Haykakan Zhamanak touched upon the subject in an article.

“Last week, Oskanian submitted a complaint to Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan over quashing the case. The State Revenue Committee of Armenia (SRC) began checkups in Civilitas. Oskanian thinks the checkups may help prove his innocence,” the paper writes.
