Zhoghovurd: Head of NA Human Resources Management Department resigns

Varduhi Khachatryan, Head of National Assembly’s Human Resources Management Department, has resigned from office. Zhoghovurd, citing well-informed sources, says that the reason for her resignation was that paid parliamentary aides released an open letter saying that Khachatryan had dragged out the process of signing contracts with them.
