HAK seeks to draw away PAP from RPA

Touching upon Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s rally speech, the paper notes that Ter-Petrosyan’s “words of praise” to PAP had one purpose: to draw away PAP from RPA, however, the paper says, it may have disastrous consequences for Congress.
