Aram Manukyan: Domestic enemy is even more dangerous

“Impudent acts, arbitrariness and atmosphere of impunity do not receive an adequate response in our country,” secretary of HAK parliamentary faction Aram Manukyan told a news conference in Yerevan, commenting on the incident at the Harsnakar restaurant.

“Domestic enemy is even more dangerous,” he said. “The Defense Ministry responded to the incident, but we also have 130 generals in various fields. Where are they? Why do our intellectuals keep silent?”
