Hraparak: Manvel Grigoryan wants to appoint Movses Kartashyan as Armavir deputy governor

The position of deputy governor of Armavir region has been vacant since PAP member Arayik Aghababyan entered parliament, Hraparak writes. According to the paper, MP Manvel Grigoryan seeks to appoint head of RPA’s Etchmiadzin territorial organization Movses Kartashyan as deputy governor.

“The deputy governor’s position was created especially for PAP, but this job is no longer needed now, with no political necessity to give something to PAP,” the paper comments.
