168 Zham: Oskanian’s case deadlocked

The ruling clique and the National Security Service have reached a deadlock situation concerning criminal proceedings against former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian and Civilitas Foundation, 168 Zham reports.

“There has been no news on the case for more than 2 weeks. According to some information, NSS does not have sufficient facts to prove money laundering charges,” the paper writes.

NSS spokesman Artsvin Baghramyan refused to give any information to the paper, referring to the investigation secrecy.
