168 Zham: Ara Abrahamyan faces financial problems?

According to 168 Zham, Chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan faces serious financial problems. The situation is reportedly so serious that he fails to complete the construction of Russian Orthodox Church which he started several years ago. The church will be located near Yerevan Lake. His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia visited Armenia in 2010 spring to attend the foundation laying ceremony of the church, the paper adds.
