Iravunk: Robert Kocharyan’s in-law delays payment of salaries to workers

Rumors circulate that Vladimir Badalyan, in-law of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, known for construction of “elite” buildings, has not paid salaries to workers for more than 8 months, Iravunk reports.

The paper failed to clear up the rumor. “I am very busy,” Badalyan said to Iravunk’s correspondent over the phone and did not answer further calls.
