Zhoghovurd: Why Tsarukyan does not allow his son-in-law to run for Abovyan mayor?

According to Zhoghovurd, Abovyan mayor Karo Guloyan, the son-in-law of PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan, failed to persuade Tsarukyan to allow him to run for reelection.

Tsarukyan told his son-in-law that people are unhappy with him, moreover, Guloyan discredits the PAP leader.

Zhoghovurd did not manage to clear up the rumor because Guloyan did not answer his phone.
