Hraparak: Hovik Abrahamyan urges Vardan Ghukasyan to wait

Though RPA and Gyumri officials of various ranks persist that Gyumri mayor Vardan Ghukasyan has not left RPA, it is not true. Just “seconds before” Hovik Abrahamyan’s visit to Gyumri, he submitted two applications: one for resigning as head of RPA territorial organization of Gyumri and the other for leaving RPA, Hraparak reports.

Hovik Abrahamyan accepted the first application, but as to the second one, he urged Vardan Ghukasyan to wait and see what will happen, the paper writes.
