Hraparak: PAP lures voters

Hraparak daily, touching upon Talin mayoral election, writes that Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) again lures voters with its wealth.

“Two new luxurious tractors are parked near PAP candidate Vazgen Khachatryan’s campaign office, with large election posters bearing his image posted on tractors’ glasses. In all probability, it comes as a continuation of electoral bribery which was used successfully during the parliamentary election, and is PAP’s style,” the paper writes.
