Beeline Company’s mobile communication was disrupted for nearly 5 hours yesterday, and it was not the first time. It seems it has become a tradition for Beeline to disrupt mobile communication for hours and then to issue an apology to customers. Even if the company compensates for disruption of communication, the compensation is available not to everyone. While in civilized countries a company would be at least deprived of licence if the disruption recurred, Zhoghovurd writes.
