Hraparak: Kushkyan did not attend Gyumri hospital unveiling ceremony

Armenia’s former Minister of Health, Harutyun Kushkyan, did not attend the unveiling ceremony of Gyumri hospital, where he had been invited to, Hraparak writes.

“Those present were surprised at Derenik Dumanyan’s mood. He was distracted and was not able to read out his speech fluently due to embarrassment,” the paper says.
