Zhoghovurd: Gyumri mayor beats up head of his administration

The incumbent mayor of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan, beat up the head of his administration, Boris Alexanov, for becoming friends with the newly elected mayor, Samvel Balasanyan, Zhoghovurd writes.

However, Lilit Aghekyan, Ghukasyan’s spokesperson, denied the rumor, the paper says.
