Hraparak: Robert Melkonyan to retire soon

Deputy Chief of Yerevan Police, Robert Melkonyan, known as Bazaz, will retire soon, Hraparak daily writes.

“Maybe that was why Serzh Sargsyan awarded him second degree Medal for Service to the Homeland ahead of the 21st anniversary of Armenia’s independence.

Henceforth Mr Melkonyan can write on Facebook with no worry, and no one will dare to blame him for spending time online during his working hours instead of doing his work,” the paper says.
