Hraparak: Police officers to be tested for qualification

Cadre replacements could take place in Armenian police system - this time not by the personal decision of police chief Vova Gasparyan but through testing, Hraparak reports.

Police officers will be tested for qualification, and those who will fail the test will be automatically removed from job, the paper says.
