Hraparak: Tigran Arzakantsyan’s security guards disarmed

The security guards of former MP Tigran Arzakantsyan were disarmed by police after being taken to police station from one of Yerevan’s central streets yesterday, Hraparak writes.

It is noteworthy that those present noticed Arzakantsyan using the car number provided to MPs, the paper says.
