Republican MP: Opposition can never have a common candidate

“Unfortunately, I am sure that the opposition can never have a common candidate, irrespective of the fact who the candidate is. The lack of unity and excessive ambitions is the reason why the opposition never succeeds,” Republican MP Margarit Yesayan told Aravot when asked if she thinks that Vartan Oskanian could be common opposition candidate.

Gagik Tsarukyan’s support of Serzh Sargsyan would be normal, with the Armenian coalition memorandum still being in force, according to the MP.
