Haykakan Zhamanak: Constitutional referendum possible

NA speaker Hovik Abrahamyan told Haykakan Zhamanak that a constitutional referendum could be held in Armenia, along with the presidential elections, which is expected to establish position of deputy prime minister with wider authorities.

RPA executive body meeting was held on Friday, the paper said, which decided that Hovik Abrahamyan will head Serzh Sargsyan’s election headquarters, combined with the NA speaker’s job.
