Hraparak: ARF will make a coalition with RPA?

ARF's Moscow Hay Dat Office Director Yura Navoyan has told his close circle that Serzh Sargsyan offered him to return to Armenia and head one of the two humanitarian Ministries after elections – Ministry of Diaspora or Ministry of Culture, Hraparak writes. 

“Does it mean that you could make a coalition with RPA after elections or Karabakh’s precedent will work just like it was with Arthur Aghabekyan?” the paper asked a source in ARF but received no answer.
