168 Zham: Tsarukyan to make statement early next week

PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan will make a statement to clarify his position on the presidential elections early next week, 168 Zham reports. Tsarukyan delayed the announcement of his decision as long as possible as CEC chairman will announce the date of the elections on December 10.
