Hraparak: RPA still deciding whom to invite to convention

The invitation cards for the 14th urgent convention of RPA, on December 15, have not yet been sent out, Hraparak writes. The party is still deciding whom to invite and whom not to. RPA parliamentary faction secretary Hovhannes Sahakyan told the paper on Tuesday that they had not yet specified which parties to invite to the convention.
