Armenian appointed editor-in-chief of Turkish newspaper Taraf

The editorial staff of Turkish newspaper Taraf has released a statement saying that newspaper’s editor-in-chief Ahmet Altan and deputy editor-in chief Yasemin Congar have resigned from their posts and Taraf’s coordinator Margar Yesaian will be acting editor-in-chief. 

The statement added that no essential change would take place in the information activities and cadre policy of the newspaper.
