Aravot: Gyumri Mayor’s Office ‘parental home’ for journalists

Journalists think there is a big positive shift in Gyumri, Aravot reports. Under former Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, few journalists were allowed to enter Mayor’s Office. But now all regional media are invited to all events. 

“Mayor’s Office has become a “parental home” for journalists owing to Samvel Balasanyan whose spokesman, Zohrap Yeganyan, has a civilized manner of working with journalists,” writes the paper.
