Disciplinary proceedings against judge

Hraparak daily reports that disciplinary proceedings were instituted against Ruben Nersisyan, the judge of the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Nork Marash communities for breaching the Code of Civil Procedure. R. Nersisyan has postponed the investigation of the civil case for 5 years. The paper notes that R. Nersisyan is the son-in-law of Mkhitar Mnatsakanyan (Mkhik) of “Red Cross”.
