Haykakan Zhamanak: Real estate continues to depreciate

According to data from Real Estate State Cadastre, real estate depreciates both in Yerevan and in Armenian regions, Haykakan Zhamanak reports. Yerevan apartment prices fell about 4 percent in one year only. An abrupt fall in the number of apartment sale and purchase deals is also observed, writes the paper.
