168 Zham: Tsarukyan orders not to register PAP member Ruben Ayvazyan

Only on returning to Armenia after New Year holidays did Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader Gagik Tsarukyan learn that PAP member Ruben Ayvazyan was nominated as a presidential candidate, 168 Zham reports, citing its sources. Tsarukyan was very surprised and got angry and ordered to take measures to prevent Ayvazyan’s registration as a presidential candidate. PAP members are convinced that if Ayvazyan were registered and participated in the elections, he would have the biggest chance of being elected, the paper writes.
