Zhamanak: Tsarukyan refuses to receive Oskanian

Prosperous Armenia Party MP, former Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian went yesterday to PAP head office located in the premises of Yerevan Brandy Company to meet with Gagik Tsarukyan but the meeting did not take place, Zhamanak reports. 

“Vartan Oskanian waited for about two hours but Tsarukyan refused to receive him. It is unclear what Oskanian was going to discuss with Tsarukyan,” the paper writes.
