168 Zham: Presidential elections to have no impact on real estate prices

The presidential elections cannot have any impact on real estate prices, chairman of State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre Yervand Zakharyan told 168 Zham.

According to him, real estate prices fluctuate in various countries also due to uncertain political situation. 

“We have a full-fledged parliament and there is no doubt as to who will become president.  That is, the economic course is not expected to change,” Mr Zakharyan noted.
