Aravot: Those who once leave RPA and come back are not accepted back for second time

Kotayk governor Kovalenko Shahgaldyan was interviewed by Aravot. When asked whether RPA is ready to accept back Sasun Mikayelyan, he answered, “I can say only one thing: those who once leave RPA and come back are not accepted back for the second time.” 

He reminded the saying that “There are no permanent enemies, and no permanent friends, only permanent interests.”
