ANC discusses ideas of turning congress into party

According to “Hraparak” daily the ANC again discusses the idea of turning the Congress into a party, which actually is not a fresh one. Levon Ter-Petrosyan had asked Gagik Jahangiryan after the parliamentary elections to study this issue and the legal field for coming to such solution. The thing is that many problems would be solved if the congress turned into party, the problem of the successor as well, however many other problems will rise too.
