Hernanes discharged from hospital

Lazio midfielder Hernanes is back at home after spending the night in hospital following his head injury, Football Italia reported.

The Brazilian was stretchered off during the 2-1 win over Juventus on Tuesday night after clashing heads with Luca Marrone.

Hernanes, who sustained a cut, underwent an MRI scan but was discharged after the results showed no serious damage.

The South American, however, is unlikely to be used in the League game against Genoa this weekend.
