Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun: Levon Ter-Petrosyan to create social liberal party

It is time for Armenian National Congress to be turned from a free bloc into one party, ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan told Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun in an interview. 

“Discussions are underway on this topic. It will be a social liberal party. I will spare no effort for it to become a full-fledged party and one of the influential parties in Armenia,” Ter-Petrosyan was quoted as saying.
